About the series

In 2015, writer Jason Latour and artist Robbi Rodriguez launched this five-issue series for Editorial Televisa, spinning off the fan-favorite alternate-universe Gwen Stacy from the Spider-Verse event. It reimagines Gwen as a punk-rock, dimension-hopping Spider-Woman, navigating the pressures of high school and superheroics in a world where her own identity is a secret. The series’ vibrant, expressive art and fresh take on the Spider-Man mythos helped cement Gwen Stacy as a breakout character in her own right.
