Spider Extra

In the late 1960s, Spanish publisher Ediciones Vértice launched Spider Extra, a 27-issue series that repackaged classic Spider-Man adventures for a new audience. Running from 1968 to 1969, the title offered a curated selection of the web-slinger's early stories, translated and reformatted for the Spanish market. While it didn't introduce original material, Spider Extra played a key role in building Spider-Man's international fanbase, making foundational tales accessible to readers beyond the United States.
