Spectators

In 2025, Brian K. Vaughan and artist Niko Henrichon launched Spectators at Image Comics, a new series that follows a group of ordinary people who become unwilling witnesses to extraordinary, reality-altering events. With only one issue released so far, the book establishes a tense, grounded sci-fi premise focused on the human cost of cosmic spectacle. Vaughan and Henrichon, previously acclaimed for their collaboration on Pride of Baghdad, bring a mature, character-driven sensibility to this unfolding mystery.
