Stan Sakai’s Space Usagi (1992–present, Mirage) transplants the beloved rabbit ronin into a far-future sci-fi setting, blending feudal honor with interstellar adventure. Written and drawn entirely by Sakai, this three-issue series reimagines Usagi Yojimbo’s core ethos—loyalty, combat, and wandering—against a backdrop of starships and alien worlds.
