About the series
From 1992, Malibu Comics presented this four-issue miniseries, a politically charged chapter in the Southern Squadron saga. Written and drawn by David de Vries (also credited as Dave deVries) alongside artist Glenn Lumsden, the story follows a team of Australian superheroes as they confront government surveillance and the erosion of civil liberties. A sharp, self-contained thriller, it stands as a key exploration of the series' mature, socially conscious tone.
