Smult

Published by Bladkompaniet/Schibsted from 2002 to 2003, Smult was a 17-issue Norwegian comic series that showcased a distinctive blend of storytelling and art. Most frequently associated with writer/artist Jason, whose deadpan, anthropomorphic style defined much of the run, the series also featured contributions from writers Eivor Vindenes and Iselin Røsjø Evensen, as well as artist Øystein Runde. Its brief but focused run offered a snapshot of early-2000s Norwegian comics, highlighting both Jason’s emerging voice and the collaborative energy of the era.
