Sjors

From 1972 to 1975, Oberon published 190 issues of Sjors, a Dutch comic series that brought together a rotating team of creators including writers Bert Bus, Frans Buissink, and Ted Cowan, and artists Jan Steeman, Bert Bus, and Don Lawrence. The series follows the adventures of the title character Sjors and his friends Sjimmie, Arad, Maya, Distel, and Joris Jofel, blending lighthearted humor with imaginative storytelling. As a key entry in Dutch comics history, Sjors is remembered for its lively ensemble and the collaborative talent that defined its four-year run.
