Silent Möbius

The 2000s-era German publisher Kunst der Comics brought the cyberpunk saga Silent Möbius to Western readers in a single-issue release, adapting the first chapter of the iconic Japanese manga series by creator Kia Asamiya. Set in a near-future Tokyo besieged by demonic beings, it follows the women of the Attacked Mystification Police as they wield advanced technology and magic to protect humanity. Though brief, this edition marks a key early attempt to introduce Asamiya's influential fusion of sci-fi and occult to a European audience.
