Serie Steve Drake

A short-lived but fondly remembered Belgian comic from the Nooit Gedacht imprint, Serie Steve Drake ran for just four issues starting in 1962. Written and drawn entirely by José García Pizarro, the series followed the adventures of its title character, Steve Drake, alongside his recurring companion Ellen Drake. Though brief, it stands as a compact, self-contained example of Pizarro's singular creative vision in early 1960s European comics.
