From 1949 to 1950, Simcoe Publishing & Distribution released five issues of Sensation Comics, a brief but notable series best remembered for the artwork of Harry G. Peter. Following the end of the Golden Age, this short-lived title offered a final showcase for Peter’s distinctive, classic style. Though its run was limited, the series stands as a quiet capstone to an era, capturing the transition of the comic book industry in its waning days.
