About the series
In the late 1970s, Finnish publisher Semic brought readers Seikkailujen mies ("The Man of Adventures"), a short-lived four-issue comic series. The title collected European adventure tales primarily crafted by Italian creators Gino D'Antonio and Alarico Gattia, with art also from Ferdinando Tacconi. While brief, this series offered a glimpse of the continent's robust adventure-comic tradition to a Nordic audience.
