Schaduwland

In the late 1990s, the Dutch publisher Talent released Schaduwland, a three-issue comic series that blended mystery with a shadowy, atmospheric tone. The series is notable as a showcase for the distinctive art of Eric Heuvel, whose detailed, moody visuals defined the book's noir-inflected look. Though brief, Schaduwland stands as a compact example of the European adventure comics Talent was known for during that era.
