About the series
Matt Fraction and Howard Chaykin teamed up for this Image Comics miniseries, a gritty, black-and-white noir set in the early days of live television. The story follows a troubled actor on a 1950s sci-fi show, whose on-set death pulls back the curtain on a world of seedy secrets and corporate corruption. Chaykin's sharp, expressive art and Fraction's layered script create a tense, stylish period piece that explores the dark underbelly of the Golden Age of TV.
