About the series
In 1977, Italian comics master Max Bunker and the legendary Magnus launched Satanix, a dark, five-issue series that blends horror with pulp adventure. Published by the powerhouse Edizioni Bianconi, the series follows its titular antihero through a shadowy world of occult conspiracies and supernatural threats. Bunker's taut, cynical scripts are perfectly matched by Magnus's intricate, atmospheric art, making this a cult touchstone of 1970s European horror comics. Its brief but potent run remains a must-read for fans of the genre.
