André Guerber’s Satana launched in 1977 as a four-issue series that introduced a mysterious, supernatural anti-heroine to the horror-comics landscape. Published by an independent press, the title carved a niche with its moody, occult-driven storytelling and striking visuals, earning a cult following for its dark, atmospheric take on the genre.
