From 1999 to 2000, Semic published Sailor Moon füzetek, a Hungarian-language comic series adapting the beloved magical-girl manga. Spanning just seven issues, this short-lived release brought the adventures of Usagi Tsukino and her fellow Sailor Guardians to a new audience, marking an early European localization of the franchise. Though brief, the series stands as a notable artifact of the late-'90s manga boom in Hungary.
