Runaways: Battleworld

Marvel’s 2015 Battleworld event reimagined the Runaways as a young gang of thieves in the domain of the City, where they’re forced to pull off heists for a mysterious boss. Writer Noelle Stevenson and artist Sanford Greene crafted this one-shot, packing the team into a single issue of high-stakes, dystopian action. It’s a tight, inventive detour that showcases Greene’s energetic, expressive art and offers a fresh, grim twist on the classic teen-runaway concept.
