Rudy

Mark Connery’s Rudy (1992–1993) is an 11-issue creator-owned comic from the early 90s independent boom, written and drawn entirely by Connery. The series follows the surreal, often darkly humorous adventures of its titular character through a world blending slice-of-life introspection with offbeat fantasy. Connery’s singular, hand-drawn aesthetic and personal storytelling make this a distinctive, if lesser-known, artifact of the era’s DIY small-press spirit.
