Roy Thomas Presents Frankenstein: The Classic Series Written and Drawn by Dick Briefer

Between 2013 and 2016, PS Artbooks revived the forgotten monster-mash legacy of Dick Briefer with this six-issue archival series. Collecting Briefer’s entire 1940s–1950s run on Frankenstein for Prize Comics, it showcases his singular evolution from a grim, horror-tinged take on Mary Shelley’s creature to a beloved, comedic monster protagonist.
