Rotteræset

The Rotteræset series, published by Carlsen since 1981, is a Danish translation of Gérard Lauzier’s satirical French comic, capturing the absurdities of modern urban life through its single, self-contained issue. Known for its sharp, cynical humor and elegant linework, this debut volume—written and drawn entirely by Lauzier—established his signature blend of social commentary and visual wit. While brief in length, it remains a key entry in Lauzier’s body of work, offering a concentrated dose of his incisive storytelling.
