Roel en zijn beestenboel

Gerrit de Jager, Wim Schaasberg, and Wim Stevenhagen launched this Dutch comic series for Het Spectrum in 1981, chronicling the chaotic household of Roel and his menagerie of animals. Though only a single issue was published, the strip's warm, humorous take on domestic life with pets left a modest but fond mark on Dutch comics.
