Rocket Raccoon: Guardian of the Keystone Quadrant

Bill Mantlo and Sal Buscema introduced the wisecracking, gun-toting Rocket Raccoon to Marvel readers in this 2011 one-shot. Set in the far-flung Keystone Quadrant, the story follows the furry Guardian as he defends his corner of the cosmos with a mix of bravado and big guns. Though a brief outing, it stands as a foundational tale for a character who would later rocket to superstardom.
