Rise

Published by Northwest Press, Rise is a short-lived but visually striking two-issue series from 2015, pairing writer Marc Guggenheim with artist Howard Chaykin. The comic explores a near-future America where a controversial new law grants sweeping powers to a government agency, and follows the fallout as a family is torn apart by its enforcement.
