In 2011, Panini Deutschland launched its own original Resident Evil comic series, a German-language adaptation of the iconic survival-horror video game franchise. The series, ongoing and most frequently illustrated by Kevin Sharpe, translates the tense, zombie-infested atmosphere of the games into a comics format, offering fans a new narrative within the familiar, infected world.
