Reizen en avonturen van mijnheer Prikkebeen

The Dutch publisher Verba launched a single-issue series in 2003 that reprints the classic 19th-century illustrated story Reizen en avonturen van mijnheer Prikkebeen, a landmark of European comics and children's literature. This edition preserves the original, wordless woodcut adventures of the eccentric, long-nosed Mr. Prikkebeen as he travels through fantastical landscapes, originally created by Rodolphe Töpffer.
