Birgit Weyhe’s Reigen, a single-issue comic from avant-verlag (2011–present), adapts Arthur Schnitzler’s classic play into a striking visual narrative. Weyhe, both writer and artist, reimagines the famous cycle of ten seductions through her own lens, using expressive linework to explore desire and social dynamics. This self-contained work showcases her talent for transforming literary material into a distinctively modern comic form.
