Raumschiff Enterprise

In 1979 and 1980, German publisher Bastei Verlag launched Raumschiff Enterprise, a six-issue comic series adapting the adventures of the original Star Trek crew. Produced during the franchise's early resurgence, this short-lived but fondly remembered run introduced German audiences to the USS Enterprise's five-year mission in a distinct, locally-produced visual style. Though brief, the series stands as a notable European interpretation of Gene Roddenberry's universe, predating the modern Star Trek comic boom by decades.
