Rataplan

Rataplan, a Lucky Comics series running from 1992 to the present across 20 issues, follows the misadventures of a bumbling Mexican outlaw in the classic Western-comedy tradition. Created primarily by writers Jean Léturgie and Xavier Fauche, with art by Michel Janvier and series co-creator Morris, it spins off from the Lucky Luke universe with its own brand of slapstick humor and frontier folly. While lighter in tone than its parent series, Rataplan endures as a playful expansion of the beloved Franco-Belgian comic landscape.
