A post-war revival of the Superior-published Rangers Comics launched in 1952, lasting six issues. While the title's earlier incarnation featured a variety of adventure and crime stories, this run is most notable for the artwork of Maurice Whitman and the Iger Shop, who brought their polished, dramatic style to the series' tales of military and frontier action.
