Ramba

In the late 1980s, Italian publisher Edizione Produzione Periodici introduced Ramba, a 14-issue comic series that followed the adventures of a jungle-raised hero. Written primarily by Marco Bianchini and illustrated by a core team including Rossano Rossi, Fabio Valdambrini, and Mauro Laurenti, the series offered a distinctive European take on the wild-man archetype. Though short-lived, Ramba stands as a curious artifact of Italy's vibrant, creator-driven comics scene of the era.
