Quality Special

A short-lived but punchy two-issue series from Quality Periodicals, Quality Special (1986–1987) showcased the hard-hitting, darkly humorous storytelling of writers John Wagner and Alan Grant, paired with the gritty, kinetic art of Cam Kennedy and Carlos Ezquerra. Each issue delivered a standalone, self-contained tale, offering a concentrated blast of the creators' signature style—tough, cynical, and visually explosive—that had already defined much of their work in British comics.
