Juba's long-running Finnish comic series Punaniska began with this 1997 one-shot from Arktinen Banaani, Pancho Villan nahkahousut. The issue introduces the series' premise of a modern-day redneck navigating absurd situations, blending deadpan humor with a distinctly Finnish sensibility. As the sole creator behind both writing and art, Juba established a distinctive voice that would define the series for decades to come.
