Pulpmania

In 2011–2012, XTRA published the single-issue Pulpmania, a love letter to the lurid, fast-paced adventure magazines of the early twentieth century. Illustrated by Fred de Heij, this standalone comic channels the spirit of pulp fiction through its bold, kinetic artwork and homage to a bygone era of storytelling. Though brief, it captures the essence of the genre's visceral thrills for modern readers.
