Prinz Eisenherz

From 1953 to 1963, Badischer Verlag released eleven issues of Prinz Eisenherz, a German-language comic series adapting the adventures of the legendary medieval prince. The series is primarily associated with its source material, the classic newspaper strip by Hal Foster, which it faithfully translated and serialized for a new audience. Though short-lived, it stands as a notable example of how Foster's epic artwork and storytelling reached European readers during the postwar era.
