Predator

In 1990, the German publisher Norbert Hethke Verlag brought the jungle-stalking hunter to European comics with a nine-issue Predator series that ran through 1992. Featuring scripts by Hajo F. Breuer alongside American talents John Arcudi and Mark Verheiden, and art from Phill Norwood, Chris Warner, and Evan Dorkin, the series expanded the extraterrestrial trophy hunter’s lore beyond its film origins. A key early international expansion of the franchise, it offered a distinct, often gritty take on the Predator’s deadly hunts.
