Portsari

A brief but ambitious Finnish comics anthology published by Porin sarjakuvaseura between 1982 and 1987, Portsari ran for just three issues. It served as an early showcase for emerging Finnish cartoonists, with the series' most notable associated talent being artist and future Moomin illustrator Kaisa Leka. Though short-lived, Portsari is a significant document of the 1980s Finnish small-press comic scene, capturing a moment of creative experimentation before many of its contributors gained wider recognition.
