From 1994, Vents d'Ouest published a single-issue Popeye comic, featuring the classic newspaper strip character in a European album format. The story was written by Tom Sims, with artwork by Bill Zaboly, continuing the long-running, whimsical adventures of the spinach-loving sailor.
