Piratas do Tietê

From 1990 to 1992, the Brazilian publisher Circo Editorial released Piratas do Tietê, a 14-issue comic series that blended satire, adventure, and social commentary along the banks of São Paulo’s Tietê River. The series is best known for its sharp, humorous take on urban life and environmental issues, driven by the distinctive art and storytelling of its core creators.
