Published by Åhlén & Åkerlunds from 1952 to 1961, Pippilotta is a Swedish comic series that spun off from the beloved Pippi Longstocking stories, following the irrepressible red-haired girl through a decade of adventures. Spanning just 10 issues, the series captures the whimsical, anarchic spirit of Astrid Lindgren's creation in a comic format, brought to life by artist Ingrid Vang Nyman's lively, expressive art.
