Philosophix

A French graphic novel series from Les Arènes, Philosophix (2021–present) reimagines the history of Western philosophy as a visual, narrative-driven journey. Each volume pairs a philosopher's life and key ideas with dynamic, accessible artwork, aiming to make complex thought engaging for a broad readership. The series is defined by its creator, the philosopher and cartoonist Jul, who blends scholarly rigor with a playful, comic-strip sensibility. With only one issue published so far, it represents an ambitious, ongoing experiment in using the comic medium to illuminate the foundations of human thought.
