Philémon

Philémon, published by Amsterdam Boek in 1974–1975, is a short-lived but visually striking Dutch comic series that follows its titular character through surreal, dreamlike adventures. Associated with the distinctive European comic tradition of the era, the series is remembered for its imaginative, often absurdist storytelling and its influence on the Dutch comic scene. Though only three issues were produced, Philémon remains a cult favorite among fans of offbeat, artistically ambitious comics.
