Paranoid Gardens, launched by Dark Horse in 2025, is a surreal comic series from writer Matt Fraction and artist Christian Ward. The story follows a patient in a mysterious, otherworldly care facility where reality itself seems to bend. With its trippy visuals and off-kilter tone, this series quickly established itself as a distinctive new voice in creator-owned comics.
