Papyrus

Set in ancient Egypt, this long-running Belgian comic series follows the adventures of a young Egyptian boy named Papyrus. Created solely by Lucien De Gieter, the series blends historical fantasy and mythology across 31 issues published by Dupuis from 1978 to 1987. De Gieter's detailed, atmospheric artwork and engaging storytelling made it a distinctive and beloved entry in the Franco-Belgian comic tradition.
