Marc-Antoine Mathieu’s Otto (2017–present, Reprodukt) is a singular, minimalist comic that follows a lone figure journeying through an abstract, geometric landscape. The series, created entirely by Mathieu, distills storytelling to its purest form, using stark black-and-white art and a nearly wordless narrative to explore themes of isolation, perception, and the nature of reality.
