From 1997 onward, AC Comics revived the Golden Age spirit with Original Cat-Man and Kitten Retro Comics, a single-issue series that faithfully reprints the classic adventures of the costumed duo. Anchored by writer and artist Bill Black, with additional art from Brad Gorby and Mark Heike, this one-shot celebrates the pulp-inspired heroics and vintage storytelling of the 1940s.
