In 2015, RW Edizioni revived G. B. Carpi’s beloved Italian creation Nonna Abelarda for a single-issue comic. Carpi both wrote and illustrated this return of the sharp-tongued, superheroic grandmother, a fixture of Italian comics since the 1960s.
