About the series
A long-running, lighthearted series from Malibu Comics that began in 1990, Ninja High School is the creation of writer/artist Ben Dunn. The series blends martial arts action, sci-fi, and romantic comedy, centering on an ordinary American teenager whose life is upended by alien ninja princesses and a secret high school for warriors. Dunn's energetic, manga-influenced art style helped define the look of the series, which became a cornerstone of the early American manga boom.
