Nils og Blåmann

Published across three decades in Illustrert Familieblad, Nils og Blåmann was a long-running Norwegian comic strip following the adventures of a boy and his dog. The series, which spanned 29 issues from 1929 to 1961, was most frequently written by Sigurd and Bjørn Winsnes and illustrated by artists including Ivar Mauritz-Hansen and Erik von Krogh. It holds a place in Norwegian comics history as a gentle, enduring family strip that reflected the era's storytelling.
