Night of the Slashers

In 2024, Magma Comix launched Night of the Slashers, a four-issue horror series from writer Cavan Scott and artist Paul Fry. The story traps a group of teens in a remote, snowbound ski lodge as a masked killer begins picking them off one by one. Scott and Fry lean into classic slasher tropes while building an escalating sense of dread through Fry’s moody, detailed artwork. It’s a tight, self-contained thriller that pays homage to the genre’s golden age while carving its own bloody path.
