About the series
In the early 1950s, New Century Press revived the classic newspaper strip for a 56-issue series starring the irrepressible Nancy and her pal Sluggo. This run captures the duo's timeless, mischievous charm in a compact, all-ages comic format. While the series is most associated with the strip's original creator, Ernie Bushmiller, this incarnation stands as a mid-century snapshot of one of comics' most enduring and cleanly-drawn gag strips.
